Skier Problem

The crew is ready.
The booking isn't.

A single ski trip means 7–12 separate bookings — transport, lodging, rentals, lift tickets, activities — spread across vendors and websites, with no shared system to coordinate the group.

The result: SnowGroup is the only platform building the end-to-end ski trip experience at scale, with a network effect that strengthens every season.

Growth Strategy

Scaling the system
winter travel never had.

Key focus areas

Multi-mountain expansion: scale to 30+ mountains, starting with Denver

Vendor onboarding: accelerate integrations with independent mountain businesses

Mobile & user experience: optimize trip coordination, group tools, and shared carts

SnowClub & brand integrations: persist identities across seasons; partner with ski clubs and brands

Revenue evolution

Phase 2Booking commissions (10–30%)
Phase 3Memberships, vendor subscriptions, brand partnerships
Phase 4White-label licensing, operator revenue share

Transport was the entry point. The full SnowGroup system is the flywheel powering sustainable growth.

Our Origin Story

At 23, I decided to compete against Canada's largest transport union and the world's leading transportation company simultaneously. It took breaking a monopoly, but we proved it could be done.

What it taught me was more valuable than the exit: transport is intent. It tells you who's going, when, how many, and what the trip will need — before it even happens. SnowGroup was always going to be built around the skier, not the transaction. Not a resort. Not a pass. Not just a booking tool — the coordination layer the mountain economy never had.

Whistler was the stress test. Every mountain on earth is the market.

Built lean. Staffed at close.

Product, legal, ops & capital strategy executed solo — with AI-assisted infrastructure and a small subcontractor bench. No employees pre-revenue, by design: a few high-leverage hires at close beat a large pre-revenue team.
